Definition of ordinary housing:
1.The construction size amounts < 140 square meters.
2.Price limit: The deal price is 1.44 times lower than average deal price of the properties from the same category of the land, less than RMB 2.45 million within the inner wing road; less than RMB 1.45 million between inner and outer wing road; Less than RMB 0.98 million outside of outer wing road.
3.Multi-storey apartment which consists of more than 5 floors (including 5 floors), Old apartments less than 5 floors, New Lane, Old Lane, etc.
