Dongyuan Daqian Meishu is close to Xingzhan Road. The design follows the principle of “Natural, Free, Easy”. The entire layout pursues a design to embody big things in small design and tries to achieve quietness among the noisy district. The axial of the road and landscape takes a zigzag line and the scenes change constantly when you move around. The residential space is divided into active zone and quiet zone with a proper proportion. Large patch of French window, enabling the sunshine and greening to float into each corner of your room, fully displays the theme of a magic miniature of a big world. In the 40000 square-meter piece of land, only 41 buildings will be constructed. In the middle of the complex is a large natural lake, so that each household can view a scene. The exit and entrance both have a landmark lamp tower established as the background, and statue decorated. The exit and entrance, the large piece central greening, and the green view in front of each apartment, all create a green environment.
