The company has 3 branches in BengBu, Shanghai, and Fuzhou. The company has qualification grade A of project management in the field of railway engineering, building engineering, municipal public engineering and urban railway engineering, and the qualification grade A for construction cost consulting issued by the ministry of construction. The company has passed the ISO9001: 2000 quality system certification.
The company has over 220 professional staff. 146 registered project management engineers from Construction Ministry and Railway Ministry. 22 registered construction cost engineers from Construction Ministry. The company has the ability to undertake the project management and investment supervision of large or medium scale projects.
