  Established by Alexandra Chu and David San Roman, ENCLAVE is a group of professional Architects, Planners and Landscape Architects devoted to the principles of sustainable development; principles that elevate the status of public spaces, which seek to replace sprawl with responsible development and serve the need to build better environments for people everywhere.
  All of our work, from urban redevelopment to new neighbourhoods, from long range master planning to landscape, is set about with a clear focus: to provide innovative but practical solutions.
  The greatest strength of ENCLAVE is its interdisciplinary design process; where other firms may be multidisciplinary (with architects, planners and landscape architects), they often approach the design process in a linear fashion between disciplines. With ENCLAVE's interdisciplinary design process, the various disciplines are 'at the table' together in a collaborative workshop style process.
  The design workshop accelerates collaboration and the tasks of goal setting, analysis, selection of preferred alternatives and refinement occur much more quickly through intense focus and consensus. The workshop process inherently allows each member to simultaneously share a broad knowledge of the overall project while also providing specialised expertise - whether it is urban design, architecture or landscape architecture etc. Importantly, each member has a deep respect for each member's professional expertise and capabilities which further facilitates the compressed schedule and decision-making within the workshop.

  FLEMING is an international company specialized in urban planning and landscaping. It was established in 1942 by George Fleming, an American architect.
  In early 1993, Shanghai provisional office was founded, which was appointed by Fleming Headquarter and Fleming Singapore Branch. In the same year, it contracted to a number of planning and design projects in Shanghai and other provinces.
  In Oct. 1999, SHANGHAI FLEMING LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE DESIGN COMPANY was officially established in Shanghai. Ever since our set-up, our designs have been frequently awarded in both domestic and international large-scaled projects. Through those projects, our design standard has been upgraded. Our advocated design concepts and methods have won a lot of attention and admiration from the profession. Our designers have accumulated profound knowledge and abundant experience from many projects brought by different kinds of developers and government institutes.
