Project Overview
     This is a nice project developed by a Shenzhen Developer with SOE background. The location is at the border of Jingan and Putuo. Green ratio is high. There is a big club house with indoor pool and a shopping podium. The layout is of a high standard. It is classical in style. The developer uses dark wood door frames and skirting which may not match the taste of expatriates. Building materials are very high class but the workmanship is not perfect. The layout of type D 2 BR units is not ideal, the working balcony is right by the side of a very small dining area. All the units are fully fitted with floor heating, something very few developers will provide.
