Project Overview
     Farglory Xui Hui yuan is in Xuhui District, not too far away from Luwan’s Da Pu Qiao Commercial circle. It is also quite near to Xu Jia Hui but it is not within walking distance. It is in the proximity of a few Metro stations like 4,9,10 but none of them is really very close. Its building quality is not bad, but you would not call it outstanding. The higher floor apartments enjoy open view but not of any spectacular skyline. The windows of the lower floor units are facing old and shabby buildings. It has a central garden with some trees and a sunken club house with a big indoor pool. It has an efficiency of 80% but it does not have floor heating. Its interior design is quite conservative and not very trendy. Its asking price 60000-70000 per SM is not cheap , but relatively speaking ,it is not very high either. All in all, this property is good but it is not very good. It is not attractive to impulse buyers definitely. “Mediocre” may be the right label for it.
